Assessment rubric

Students are assessed on reasoning and evidence, not command volume. A reviewer scores each dimension 0–4:

System model	absent	mostly correct, gaps named	boundaries and assumptions precise
Technical execution	unsafe/irreproducible	works with help	bounded, reproducible, cleanly rolled back
Evidence	unsupported	partial references	complete, redacted, independently checkable
Detection/defense	absent	generic control	tested control with blind spot
Communication	confusing	understandable	concise, challenges uncertainty

Pass requires no safety breach, no fabricated evidence, at least 3 in every dimension, and a capstone reviewer sign-off. A student may resubmit after addressing named gaps. Reading completion never substitutes for practical evidence.
