Running a cohort

Provide a disposable lab, written authorization, reset instructions, synthetic public fixtures, and an escalation contact. Review the scope before every active exercise. Keep private learner evidence out of the public repository.

Teaching pattern

Start with a prediction, run the smallest safe experiment, compare observation to prediction, then require a teach-back. Ask “what would falsify this?” before asking for a more advanced technique.

Review gates

Reject copied source text, unreferenced claims, unredacted secrets, unsafe target selection, and commands presented as verified without lab evidence. Record the reason so the learner can revise rather than guess.

Course maintenance

When a source or model changes, update the source map and evaluation run. Preserve old lesson revisions and redirects. A new technique enters the student path only after provenance, safety, and assessment criteria are satisfied.
